The City of Suwanee, Georgia was in the middle of planning an extension of its popular Town Center park and retained Revel to help conceptualize and underwrite the park’s planned new retail and F+B spaces.

After reviewing the city’s economic needs as well as the potential foot traffic that could be generated throughout the week, Revel presented both proposed operating structures as well as several development design options from dog parks to beer gardens that the city could implement at relatively low risk and potentially high return to help bring residents to the new 25-acre project.
