Factory 52 is the redevelopment of the 20 acre United States Playing Card Factory in Norwood (Cincinnati) OH. 

Revel was brought on to help with all aspects of retail at the project, from initial strategy to branding, marketing, leasing and now operations.  Opening in stages in 2023, the project is home to three parks, two breweries, apartments, townhomes, retail, restaurants and a food hall. Future phases call for more apartments, offices and a hotel. It has already won numerous development awards.
