Revel assisted with the retail portion of the adaptive reuse of Charlottesville’s historic 1937 Monticello Dairy. The project consists of 100,000 square feet of office, 250 apartments and the centerpiece Dairy Market, a 22,000-square-foot multi-tenant food hall occupying the central building of the original bottling plant. Office rents are the highest in the market, and apartment rents the highest in the state outside of the DC suburbs. The food hall has won numerous awards since its opening in 2021.
