Several years in the making, the Alpharetta City Center project consisted of office, apartments, 35,000 sf of retail and another 30,000 sf of restaurants.
The developer asked Revel to come in and assist with both merchandising and leasing the restaurant spaces. Completed in 2018, the award-winning retail portion was sold in 2019.
