Revel was brought in by the buyers of this nine-acre, four-block former festival marketplace to help create and oversee the redevelopment of the property.
After analyzing the market and existing conditions, we convinced the client to delay construction of new high-rise structures, and instead focus on converting 250,000 square feet of largely historic buildings into a center for creatives, artists and boutique manufacturers modeled after Brooklyn’s Industry City.
