Interlock ATL district announces wave of tenant signings
Much has been written lately about business closures in West Midtown, particularly along the Howell Mill Road corridor (RIP, West Egg, and more than a dozen other restaurants in the area). Traffic, lack of parking, expensive parking, lackluster connectivity and transit options, and prohibitively pricey food and drink have all been cited as root causes.
But with the exception of pizza joint Humble Pie and Pour Taproom, The Interlock ATL district has been largely immune to the downturn.
The Interlock’s owner, Armada Hoffler, has announced a wave of tenant signings that signal continued high demand to be in the area—and specifically at “West Midtown’s premier mixed-use destination,” per company officials.
