The development team of the former NuTone campus in Cincinnati brought us in to complete F+B strategy and feasibility for the $250 million mixed-use corporate campus project in Madisonville.

The client wanted a Krog Street Market-style food hall. Our initial findings led us to believe that such a project would not be successful in this location, and so instead we created a plan for a multi-use event space/ beer garden that could be developed in phases over time if and when demand increased.
