A private developer wanted to build a world-class food hall in a college town and contacted Revel to help with all aspects of the predevelopment, from feasibility to vision and merchandising, design, operations, branding and leasing oversight.

After a lengthy pre-development project we recommended that the project not be built: we determined that patron traffic and food sales would not be sufficient enough to support the required rents.
